I did 8 months training 5 to 6 days a week starting on mutant mass where i had a shake pre workout and post workout. went from 66kg to 74kg in 4 months. then i took whey 100% protein for the remainder 4 months till now currently weighing 78kg.

so ripped and cut a definate buy!!!!

Awesome protein. Mixes well, chocolate tastes great. Never had any problems with this. Stack with creatine and glutamine for a great muscle builder.
