Worked real well even if you just go and use half the prescribed serving. I use 2 scoops in the morning and 2-3 after training. I add a couple of bananas to thicken it up a liitle bit and that tastes great! Gained 5 pounds in a little more than a week. There's no magic here so don't ever think you'll get the gains without working out hard.

Yeah! , Mutant muscle mass is perfect, it really does what is said it does, I start to serious start working out, about 3 to 4 days ago, with a great training regimen, and no supplements, the results were slow, BUT! 2 days later after trying mutant muscle mass and pumping weights, i have muscles where i didn't have.

Overall 9/10

Really like the taste of the triple choc, however its more 2.5 parts choc to 0.5 part coffee! May sound odd, but it is actually good.
Tried out a HALF serve as a meal replacement and that worked well, I finished it and that was enough, I'm not going to try a full serve, too much for me (I'm 90kg), however no bloating just like it said. This also needs a big shaker.

I tend to gain easy so I normally just have proteins. I bought this to try as a carb boost for work out days, 3hrs prior and that worked really well too.

Overall, this is great stuff and great value - 4 stars ..... coffee!!??

When you open the packed don't breath the dust, its very fine and can be unpleasant if inhaled, no don't try it to find out.
