Ingredients : Creapure micronized creatine monohydrate.
Recommended use: Mix with caffeine-free beverages like water, fruit juice or your protein shake and drink immediately. Drink at least two litres of water each day, particularly during a loading phase. For best results, stack with Eat Me 100% Whey and Eat Me L-Glutamine.
A typical creatine cycle of use looks like this:
Loading period: 5-7 days
Maintenance period: 4 weeks
Rest period: 7 days.

A loading period is optional. Loading involves taking lots of creatine for a few days to quickly increase the amount of creatine stored in your body, then reducing your daily intake. You can achieve the same elevated creatine levels by taking a lower dose, but it takes longer to evaluate your levels.
For example, a loading period for a 105kg male might look like this for five days:
8am 5g in glass of water with breakfast.
11am 5g added to protein shake
3pm 5g added to protein shake
6pm 5g in glass of water with dinner.

Followed by a maintenance phase of four weeks that looks like this:
