Just finished my first pak, and I was very impressed by this product. I took it first thing every morning with breakfast, and it gave me a buzz so good that I didn't even need to think about having a coffee to get my day started. It just generally improves the way you feel, and heightens general energy - great for workouts.

However the real advantage of this product is that it gives you all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs, + a WHOLE lot more to fuel great muscle/strength gains. I experienced a lot of strength gains, and improved muscle definition. This product has been the best multi on the market since the 80s, and it has everything you need to explode through plateaus.

There are two minor downsides to Animal Pak. The first is that there are eleven pills to take, however after my first few paks downing the pills became so easy it was fun.

The second downfall is that it makes your pee go BRIGHT YELLOW! Which is kind of funny, and not really a downside. Just make sure you drink alot of water while taking it.

It is all in all a great product and T will be grabbing another one tomorrow!!
